The TrueLok Ring Fixation System, developed at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children (TSRHC) in Dallas, Texas, is a modern evolution of the original Ilizarov fixation concept. Preserving the core principles of circular fixation while incorporating contemporary design enhancements, TrueLok provides a versatile platform for fracture fixation, deformity correction, limb lengthening, limb preservation and bone transport procedures.
