Technology Differentiation

Radiolucent Carbon-Fiber Components

TrueLok EVO rings and struts are primarily made from carbon fiber and polymeric materials. Radiolucent frame elements help support visualization of bone healing and fracture alignment during follow-up imaging.

Integrated Frame Dynamization

The radiolucent struts feature an integrated dynamization mechanism. The surgeon can determine whether the frame remains completely locked or permits dynamization of the fracture site without changing or replacing frame components.

Streamlined Frame Management

The initial hand-tightening mechanism allows the frame to be manipulated without requiring an instrument during reduction maneuvers and intraoperative imaging. Sterile sets with pre-assembled frames are designed to support efficient frame preparation and application.

Temporary Stabilization

TrueLok EVO can be used for temporary stabilization when circular external fixation is appropriate.

Long-Bone Fracture and Deformity Treatment

Supports treatment of fractures, malalignment and selected deformity correction cases involving long bones.

Definitive Stabilization

The system can also support definitive stabilization using configurable circular frame constructs.

Hybrid Frame Constructs

The system may be incorporated into hybrid frames with compatible Orthofix external fixation systems, including ProCallus, XCaliber, Galaxy Fixation, and Galaxy Fixation Gemini.
