Jill Mason

Jill Mason currently serves as Chief Compliance and Risk Officer, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Ms. Mason previously served as Interim Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer in addition to her role as Vice President, Corporate Counsel. Prior to this, Ms. Mason served as Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for Orthofix from 2015 to 2022. She has an extensive background in healthcare compliance in the medical device industry. Before joining the Company, Ms. Mason was the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Director of Global Compliance Operations for St. Jude Medical where she led efforts to ensure global adherence with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Ms. Mason has also run her own consulting company where she provided compliance services for pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Ms. Mason spent the first several years of her career in private practice, specializing in regulatory and corporate matters. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station and has a law degree from Baylor University School of Law in Waco, Texas.
