Aviva McPherron

Aviva McPherron serves as President of Global Operations and Quality at Orthofix Medical Inc. A seasoned executive, Ms. McPherron has held leadership roles in the medical device, technology and defense industries. Prior to joining Orthofix, Ms. McPherron served as Senior Vice President, Clinical Services and Integration at Globus Medical where she was responsible for strategic initiatives to drive growth and enhance profitability. In this role, she ledthe integration planning and execution for the merger of Globus Medical and NuVasive Inc. Prior to Globus Medical, Ms. McPherron served in roles of increasing responsibility for NuVasive Inc., including Chief Transformation Officer. Ms. McPherron has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. She serves on the Sharp Healthcare IT Advisory Board and as a member of the San Diego Mesa College Foundation Board.
