Jill Mason

Jill Mason currently serves as Chief Compliance and Risk Officer at Orthofix, a position she has held since March 2024. During her tenure at Orthofix, she has significantly contributed to the Company’s global compliance and ethics framework. From 2015 to 2022, Ms. Mason held the title of Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer.  She then did a rotation in the Company’s legal department, holding various legal roles including Deputy General Counsel, Corporate Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary. With a robust background in healthcare compliance, Ms. Mason is a seasoned corporate executive and leader in her field.  Prior to her work at Orthofix, Ms. Mason was the Chief Compliance Officer at St. Jude Medical, where she led the company’s global compliance program. In addition to her corporate roles, Ms. Mason operated her own consulting firm, providing compliance services for pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Ms. Mason began her career in private legal practice, specializing in regulatory and corporate matters. She holds a J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in Waco, Texas and is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station.
